UT houston vs. Baylor

Anyone with any insight? I know the only obvious difference in the pay (about $4000/yr more at Baylor) and the "incentives" (basically none at UT-H and lots at Baylor) and th e parking issue (lack of at UT-H. But for some reason UT-H just rubs me better. Both are big programs with lots of cases 3 different hospitals (private, county, etc) Anyone with any more insight between these 2 houston programs that are litterally right next to each other? Thanks...making the ROL is harder than expected. Thanks for any help you can give...med students at either school, current residents or other applicants who interviewed both places....

go with your gut...unless you just had Taco C's. I'm also betting that incentives will rise with Dr. Aren's taking over at UT-Houston. I can't think of a doc that I've met that says, "I loved my residency b/c they gave us $xxx more money than program B."
