Does the practice of pediatric rad onc require working at an academic medical center?

Also, how would you compare radiology and rad onc. from a technology perspective?

yes. Virtually. There are places like Christiana in DE that will do peds but mostly youll be in academics.

I cant compare radiology and radonc; apples and oranges. The prefix "rad" is in both and that's about it.
