I'm all about going for what you want to do but, if it is your fifth time maybe you should consider a different career.

Science gpa: 2.90
BCP gpa: 3.10
Non-science gpa: 3.02
Overall gpa: 3.04
I have over three hundred undergraduate hrs - is this an advantage or disadvantage? - You tell me.
But during those 4 'rejection years' my GPA has been on the rise!
But the more credits you have - the harder it is to raise!
Someone told me never to give up on my dreams - do you think I should quit?
I have a feeling that I'll be lucky this year!

That's some dedication though - Right?

I feel sorry for you bro. hopefully you will get in somewhere this cycle. What does DAT look like? With your GPA, your DAT should be 20+ across all sections too look competitive.
Why couldn't you get into some masters program instead of blindly taking a bunch of classes?

Is this for real?
Man I feel sorry for you, but if you had taken a year off and boost your DAT to 24. You should be in at your second attemp.

I don't know if it is for real, consider that he is under probationary status. Furthermore, if he has be consistently applying for four years straight, it only make me wonder that he's not capable of doing something different to (1) get into a dental school, or (2) value his life enough to try different profession.
I'm all about encouragement, but blind encouragement without wisdom is stupidity. I don't know if I should encourage you.
Why are you on probationary status? Nevermind, in a previous post you said that you haven't even taken the DAT's (http://forums.studentdoctor.net/showthread.php?t=200171). Well, I don't know what kind of string you are pulling, so I'm not giving any to you. Good luck on sorting things out, whatever they maybe; however I do suggest start by being consistent, and lessen the falseness in your posts. That would help all of us to trust you more.
Buddy, I think you should take the DAT. See where those scores can take you, needless to say you better score 22s all across the board. With Dental School Admission getting so much more competitive each year you should really consider some other options; Heck!! I have a 3.76 Sci and 3.60 overall GPA and feel these grades will be pretty much average this incoming cycle. Best of luck man 👍

Average? WOW! You seem to be above average for me. I think I need to ace the DATS for any kind of chance. I messed up my basic sciences - but here's the catch to my GPA - the last 80 hr's:
Science gpa: 3.56 (48 hrs)
BCP: 3.62 (42 hrs)
Non-science: 3.32 (32 hrs)
Overall: 3.52 (80 hrs)
Now, as for the basic sciences - some F's, couple D's, mostly C's, two B's, and one A. BUT I NEED TO REVIEW AND KILL THE DATS - what do you think?

I think you are absolutely right.
