Thought I would bump this great thread as a reference for those of us applying for 2007 just to get an idea of what to expect in the coming months. I know I want to get a jump on secondaries or at least start thinking about essay responses. Hope a few of you out there are sharing these sentiments 👍

There is only one essay, but a big thing of "nonacademic experiences". Also, a few statements you have to sign, a form for your evaluators to fill out (form is mandatory - letters not accepted in lieu of the form), and you have to send one original and two copies of the whole shebang back via snail mail.

Describe a personal experience or ethical challenge you have faced that has influenced the development of your character. How has this experience helped you to develop specific skills and/or abilities that are essential to becoming an osteopathic physician?
