Boon - just a side note. I'd skip the Honors College if you think it'll pull your GPA down by .1-.2 A 3.8 is much better than a 3.6, and the Honors College won't enhance your application any more than a hundredth.
 
Alright, I'll add it on. Keep in mind I blog about med school stuff and other things. Hopefully you will be mildly entertained.

Thanks man! I don't think I will apply. I mean c'mon, we're all Honors College material and I am sure the ADCOMS will see it that way also. I must be suffering from that competitive pre-med syndrome that has me wanting to be among the brightest of the bright.

Does anybody ever actually read blogs? I always start reading them and get bored like 3 lines down in the inevitable 10,000 pages of some dudes personal life. Totally not interesting, IMHO

i'm with you on this one. its a pretty self-absorbed thing to do. and they're gonna be passe pretty soon, i hope. but as long as you have people that actually read it, or you just want it for later on in life, more power to you.
