Use IRC there. Its a javascript applet that should popup!


FOR AIM:

If you copy and paste this link into your browser WHILE your AIM is running you should automatically be taken into the chat:

aim:gochat?roomname=SDN+MCAT+Release

You should be able to get to a chat room where you can talk about the MCAT live. This also will help alleviate the stress on the servers as they will most likely crash. I will be adding additional rooms if requested.

Steps:
1) Log onto AIM.
2) Paste above into internet browser (IE, Firefox, Mozilla)

Well it takes two seconds to sign up. I don't know if AIM express lets you use chat (the internet version of AIM where you don't download anything). There is the SDN chat room as well

But unless you use chat for SDN not all users can just sign on.

Yes, it didn't really do anything (it warned me that it would, it was about to launch another application, etc... and then it didn't)

OK, I found a yellow-dot button that takes me to AIM functions... I chose "join chat" and typed in the chat room name
SDN MCAT Release
and it opened up an (apparently) new chatroom called sdnmcatrelease with nobody else in it. Was that supposed to happen?
