The Internal Medicine Residency Program at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara, California is accepting applications for PGY 2. Start date is: July 1, 2007. Please send the following documents from option 1 or option 2:
Option 1:
-->A copy of your completed 2005 - 2006 ERAS application.
-->Three Letters of recommendation from your current program (including a letter from your program director)
-->ECFMG Status Report (For International Graduates)
-->Evaluation Status Letter from the California Medical Board (For International Graduates)
-->A copy of your Medical School Diploma
Option 2:
-->Three Letters of recommendation from your current program (including a letter from your program director)
-->Dean's Letter
-->USMLE Steps 1, 2, & 3
-->Clinical Skills Assessment (CSA)
-->Personal Statement
-->ECFMG Status Report (For International Graduates)
-->Evaluation Status Letter from the California Medical Board (For International Graduates)
-->Med School Transcript
-->Medical School Diploma
