Any reviews on Atlas of Image-Guided Intevention in Regional Anesthesia and pain medicine by James Rathmell? Is this book any different from Waldman's Book? Any new information or new techniques in this book?
Thanks!:)

Awful.

The pictures are of such poor quality that the osseus structures are drawn in.

Does anyone have any recommendations on a good "how to" book for more esoteric procedures that may be performed every now and then, e.g. Pulsed RF to the Gasserian Ganglion for facial pain?

I have to agree the flouro images are substandard. However, the illustrations are outstanding!

Agreed. Some of the content is good, but I can't believe that Lippincot would put out an atlas with such crappy images. I'm sticking with my reliable and well-worn Fenton....
