what is everyone writing on their thank you letters?
should we say how we will rank a program?

I would avoid any ranking unless you declare them to your top choice. Better would be to give them a followup phone call or email in a few weeks to confirm your interest.

I have already sent formal thank you letters to all of my interviewers but I would also like to send follow up interest letters. Is there a particular format? Should I send another letter or would e-mail suffice?
