hi everyone, i saw this post from the Medical forum, and decided that it was pretty interesting, so let's go and post the school that we got rejected from this year, how does that sound to you? let me start first. 🙁

I'm sorry to hear about your rejection. I applied there also, did they just let you know recently?

just yesterday, gpa 3.57, science 3.6 4 years in school but without a bs. they emailed me asking for my grade saying potential candidate, then after i submitted all my A's, then 2 weeks later, they rejected me, i'm not sad, it's not my first choice btw

I am interested in applying to Purdue, but for next year. If you dont mind, what were your other stats; pharm experience, leadership experience, volunteer, etc.

I plan on applying to UOP, Touro, and Pacific U. the next go-around.

yes i have everything, volunteer experience, leadership, volunteer, everything, u name it! except research! =)

Purdue is pretty hard to get in, especially for out-of-state students. My friend had a 3.79 and 91 on his PCAT. He didn't even get an interview!!! Ouch!! And he had some pharmacy experience too.

I just got a letter of denial. A friend of mine also found out he was denied just recently.

Mercer sent me a letter requesting a 2nd PCAT score, which I didn't take.. does that put me in the to-be-rejected list for Mercer?? 😛

Well if it makes you feel any better UCSF, UCSD, and Albany are some of the toughest schools to get into.. (sorry I'm from the westcoast and don't know much about LECOM so I can't comment on that)

Has UOP really rejected anyone yet? I think they are just placing people on hold, I don't think people placed on hold should officially put themselves on the wall of shame.. there is still that slight chance :luck:

Yup...they're all hard schools to get into, but at least you got accepted somewhere. 3-year weekend program might not be so bad.
 
it has been 2 weeks after my interview at midwestern cpg.
i just called them to find out if i was accepted or not , and they told me they could not make a decision yet and will be mailing it in 1 week. This means I was not accepted because I know someone who called and was told over the phone of the acceptance.
Put me in the wall of shame😡
