Anybody successful in getting approved for a VA Home Loan and buying a house with no income other than loans?

I am eligible. I am just not sure how strict they are on the income requirement.

Uhmm, I have one. I don't remember what paperwork I needed, but I am pretty sure that I had to submit a LES. Maybe your budget statement will suffice, I don't know. What I do remember is there was a cap on how much money I could borrow, but as a medical student, I don't envision you buying a 300k house.
