Did they mention anything else? I'm still waiting to hear back from them...when was your app sent out?
 
i sent my app in on 6/14.... took my dats 3 days ago, so it still says they are waiting for my official score report...
 
that's odd, i submitted june 2 and still havent heard from them

Me neither. I sent my application June 13th, took my DATs August of last year, and I have not received anything yet. But, it will probably come soon.

my app was sent in the first mailing and I still haven't heard anything, maybe the email is just for people missing DAT scores?
 
i got the NYU e-mail today and it said they were missing my 75 dollar fee, which i already sent AND they already cashed! LOL. I called them to inform them, and i have to fax over a copy of the check.

Yeah, I was in the first mailing and haven't heard anything either.

2nd batch mailing and i didn't get any email. but i don't think i have anything missing either.

hyphae...nice avatar. i take it you're a NA kinda guy and hate on the turbos. if that avatar isn't what i think it is then just ignore me.

I called NYU about a week ago and apparently not all decisions for the 2007 entering class have been made. They therefore will not begin processing new applications until this years class has been finalized. I was told that processing should begin by mid to late august. Apparently they have dozens of boxes filled with applications that are await processing. This probably means that there have been tons of applications - not good news for us!

FYI, mailed out w/ 1st batch.
 
so are only people with incomplete applications getting these emails or everyone in general?
 
if my app was mailed out july 2nd, which mailing is that (first, second, third etc.)?

finally! i got that email from NYU saying my app is complete. Now I'm just waiting on BU and Temple!

My app was mailed out on Jun 12, and I believe it was the first mailing. (Anybody earlier than that?) My LORs were mailed out on Jun 12, 18 and 25. It seems like they're mailing out things weekly. If I'm right, yours looks like the 4th.
