i am a resident in anesthesia in the 3rd year in Egypt
i ll complet my Egyptian master degree in anesthesia an ICU at 12-2008
i wanna immegrate to austuralia and work there can anyone help me please

Personally, if I were you, I'd move to Australia first to find a research position and then after you get your PR status, you can apply.

You probably won't get anesthesia tho, maybe something like psychology.
 
Anaesthesia is a competitive field to get into in Australia, but not impossible. The easier fields to get into are things like emergency medicine or psychiatry (please not psychology practice is separate from psychiatry which is a branch of medicine). that said if you are recognised as a consultant in your own country it may not be too hard to get that recognised- you'd need to check with the college of anaesthetics. http://www.anzca.edu.au/
Generally speaking it is quite hard to get into training programs in Australia but quite easy (especially in rural areas) to get your qualifications recognised once you're a specialist.
