Hello,
Since there are several ROL threads, "help me choose" threads and what is better X vs Y vs Z, and I've had several PM's for the spreadsheet, here is one that may help you with objectives to seperate fairly close programs.
In the end I think that it just makes you think about all aspects of your choice, not just "feel". Instructions are on the form.
(Its a mix of vandy/Hennepin, no paticular reason except that I had two files get mismashed)
