If your only "income" is via student loans, do you even need to file a form? I obviously missed the deadline, but I'm hoping that this is the case! Thanks!

Loans are not income (you have to pay them back.)

So, no, from your description of your situation, it does not look like you are required to file.

slightly off but mostly on topic, wouldn't it be really disgusting if the IRS counted our loans as income and taxed us on our borrowed money? Gross. My bunghole can only take so much prolapse.
