there's a pdf link at the bottom of the site where you can download the pdf of all their mnemonics (i believe). the pdf in OP's link looks like it's the same from the official site.

But what program did you use to download it? I didn't recognize any of the ones listed and the one I used, my computer couldn't open.
you use web browser to download, and use winrar to open .rar files and adobe acrobat to open .pdf files. (i personally use foxit reader for pdf's; it's smaller and faster).
if you're using a mac, you'll need stuffit (?) or unrarx for .rar files. my friend highly recommends unrarx.
