Anyone heard from dental schools yet?

I sent out all my secondary fees after I submitted 6/4, and I've only heard from UoP, who sent a letter weeks ago confirming they received it.
 
when was the first mailing, yesterday? it checked today and it says that my applications haven't been mailed yet, even though i received a message on 6/15 that my application would be in the next mailing. should i be concerned?

So far there's only been one mailing (6/29), but I just read a post indicating somebody's was mailed today as well.

I sent out my secondary fees on the 20th or something... Only 5 schools out of 13 have cashed the checks. Is that true for you too that only some schools cashed the checks?

I got a letter from UOP as well...

I also received an email from U Buffalo last Friday that they have received my app and will let me know if it is complete very soon.
 
University of Michigan deposited my check yesterday!
 
NOVA just sent me the secondary info...🙂

I just checked my bank account...UoP, Case, and UMich have all cashed my secondary checks. I also sent checks to Maryland, Penn, and Marquette, but haven't heard anything regarding whether or not they were received.

And ditto on getting the Nova supplemental app through email...I just filled it out- super easy!

Weird, among the schools you listed Penn has cashed my check, but Case hasn't. UOP and U mich also cashed mine 😀

err... did i miss something? i never saw any info about UoP having any secondary things

University of Illinois Chicago - July 2nd (email requesting application fee).
University of Southern California - July 3rd (deposited my check).
Nova Southeastern University - July 7th (Secondary Application).

I've heard back from ASDOH (Secondary application)
University at Buffalo (they recieved my application)
USC (deposited my check)
OHSU (deposited my check)
NOVA (Secondary application)
 
I heard from Buffalo stating they received my application and it will take them 3-4 weeks to review it.
 
Columbia, Pitt, Maryland, and Marquette haven't cashed my check yet.

Buffalo messaged me today saying they have all the material to review my application, which will take 3-4 weeks.
 
Still waiting for columbia, michigan, creighton, and marquette to cash checks! I havent heard from louisville yet.

Buffalo took about 3-4 days after it was sent out
Nova took about 1 week for them to send me an e-mail to fill out their secondary application.

Well.. I have only been contacted by Buffalo so far. Mine was sent out on 29th. I have called 10 schools out of 13 that I have applied too and people answering the phone said their schools have not yet received any aadsas materials..
I think a couple of weeks is a good estimate (3-4 weeks)

Yeah...I also thought Louisville was one of the schools that we needed to wait for an admissions officer to contact us...hmmm

Just got an email from U Buffalo saying that app is complete and they will review my app within next 3-4 weeks and let me know of the status. No other updates from schools or in AADSAS.

Damn, I didn't get that email. My app was sent out June 29th and everything is in, including DAT's, which I sent over a month ago.
 
Me either...I'm sure we will be receiving it soon if everything is complete.

I think it takes them time to review materials for each applicant, and they send emails on the go too... You shouldn't be concerned.
 
Just got an email from The Ohio State University!

Well, UOP told me class starts on Friday so....As a waitlister, I won't get to attend UOP this year... So ya, I heard something!!
 
I got an email from UMDNJ a few hours ago stating they received my application.
 
Yup...same with UMDNJ. They received my app as well!

Howard - No contact
University of Louisville - No contact
Tufts University - No contact
New York University - Haven't cashed my check

i got my 2ndary from Nova today via email!
 
Got an email just a little bit ago from Minnesota just saying they received my application and to fill out their supplemental.
 
Is it better to wait to till schools receive our AADSAS application before we fill send secondaries with payment? My app gets mailed on 7/17.

Have u guys had any problems with this?

Are you saying that schools already contacted you for 2ndary app? mine says 07/17 but I have not heard anything from schools yet.
 
i submitted mine and it hasnt even been mailed out yet, but i still received requests for supplementary apps from buffalo and nova so far

No I have not been contacted by any schools yet, but I got the impression that its ok to send the supplemental forms+fees at the time of electronic submission of the AADSAS application (per supplemental info on AADSAS).

So its ok to send these materials BEFORE being contacted, correct?
