It's so saturated in California with graduating pharmacists (esp in So Ca) and about 50% of the pharmacists in so ca are graduates of USC and nearly all the pharmacists at my work are from a CA school. I work for a retail chain. Only the moms and pops pharmacies where I volunteer at and some hospitals have those that obtained their degree from OOS.
Is it hard to get employment at a big retail chain like CVS, Walmart, Target, RiteAid, Walgreens, etc if you didn't go to a CA school???
I plan to work at these stores when I graduate but am afraid of not finding work easily.
