Hey guys, congratulations on the interview season. Match day is almost here! To pass the time, any opinions on the top 20 programs? Top ten has been discussed a lot, but what about the next tier?

my personal opinion, based mostly on programs i've seen and what i've heard on the trail (in no particular order). it's not a perfect list

WashU (assuming they weren't in your top 10, but they are in mine)
Emory
NYEEI
Baylor
Casey
U Wisconsin
Yale
UIC
Dean McGee
Mayo Clinic

Runners up: Cleveland Clinic, Stanford

caution: i don't know anything about the UC's except UCSF and UCLA
