I just got an invite to Maryland, and i am trying to figure out the Total cost. I understand it is quite alot for OOS, is it difficult to get residency so that you can pay In-state tuition?

It is more difficult than other schools, but it is attainable. My brother is in his third year there and he just received instate after 2.5 years. He had to do a lot, but he really didn't start till his second year. There are plenty of people that get it after a year or two, so that does help because tuition and cost of living are both high.

Yes Maryland is on of the more difficult states to establish in-state. You will have a very hard time being able to get it and I would definitely not bank on it. There are 9 criteria in which you have to meet, just look it up online

i did look it up, do they atleast offer any type of scholarship? I mean i dont expect to get one, but i need to justify traveling there for the interview you know?
