Can anyone who has received the scholarship reflect on a few points for me:

How were your stats(DAT, GPA)?

If you graduated, how was your experience in the repayment?

DAT/GPA have NOTHING to do with receiving the scholarship. If you're accepted to dental school it helps if you...

1.) Come from a disadvantaged background
2.) Your parent's taxes reflect an "Exceptional Financial Need," (EFN)
3.) Are of an ethnic group that's severely under-represented (i.e., African-American, American Indian)

Preference is actually based on how "poor and disadvantaged" one is basically...has NOTHING at all to do with GPA/DAT.

Wow, I had thought performance was a major factor in it. Interesting.
