Hi Everyone,
I'm leaving Case for Missouri and renting my house out. I know it's late in the game, but if you're still looking:
http://cleveland.craigslist.org/apa/2464079204.html
3 bed, 2 bath house in convenient location in Ohio City (http://www.ohiocity.org/):
-Ohio City (West Side Market, Great Lakes, Heck's, Bier Markt, Flying Fig, Ohio City Ice Cream, ... etc)
-5 minutes to Lakewood
-5 minutes to downtown and CSU
-5 minutes to MetroHealth
-10 minutes the Cleveland Clinic
-15 minutes to Case
and about 20 -25 minutes to Beachwood/ the East Side
The house is being completely remodeled for the owner (everything is upper end, not cheap rental materials and appliances) starting in 2007 and finishing up by the end of July (house will be ready August 1).
2 sets of washers and dryers, including a 2 yr old front loading set on the first floor, other is ~5 years old and in the basement
Stainless appliances (dishwasher, stove, refrigerator) that are all newer, garbage disposal
New carpet throughout upstairs/ bedrooms
New flooring being laid in the kitchen/ living/ dining areas
Kitchen - large with island, new counter tops
Electrical completely redone in 2007 (this doesn't seem important, but it's REALLY nice to have three pronged outlets all over!)
2 bathrooms, one is 1 year old and the other will be brand new, slate tub/shower, with custom 19x42 vanity and large closet
Good sized closets in all bedrooms and lots of storage space
No central A/C, but all window units stay with the house, and large tree keeps the downstairs pretty cool
Good Street
fenced in yard
Pet friendly
Home warranty - you only have to fill out a service request online (or call) and a service person comes within 48 hrs for all major things (appliances, plumbing, electrical)
Pictures need to be updated, but looks similar - kitchen counter is darker and all paint is now neutral
Open to renting partially furnished
