Yes me too, ended up reading the entire Class of 2011 thread and still didn't have answers.

I'm also accepted 2016, so I don't know anything about living in Nashville, but if you look at the Paddle:

there is some fairly detailed information about housing at the very end of the PDF document. The Paddle is a guide constructed by the previous class for the entering class as they adjust to medical school.
