Hello all! It's been a long time since I was active on this forum, as I'm now a 4th year just weeks away from graduating. It's a very exciting time.

I'm here now to share with you all that, 4 years ago, I met someone very special in the California schools application thread. RPedigo was a moderator, very kind and helpful. We were applying to the same schools, so we exchanged some PMs and eventually started to chat online.

One thing led to another, and we started to date several months later. We've been discussing our future together for quite some time, and yesterday, we got engaged.

So thank you, Pre-Allo, for being a wonderful resource to us and to other future doctors, and for introducing me to the love of my life. Yes, the story is a little awkward to tell to our friends and family, but sometimes you find love in unexpected places 😉

OMG Congratulations!!! My brother and his wife met online and theyve been together & married for about 10 years. They have two children. So its not awkward to me!!!
