What's the cover sheet for?

😱 are all colleges going to see the holistic cover sheet? i think a lot of people are going to skip that and won't get the opportunity to use it to their advantage

maybe if you have a good gpa/dat and less than stellar ecs, then you can just skip the cover sheet 😀

Then you'd just have a blank coversheet, because I think they'd still place one in 😀

I think I like it because I don't have a 4.0 or 30/30/30.

I don't think I like it because I don't have awards either 😳

I don't think this will really work. Let's be honest. Generally, the people with 4.0 or 30/30/30 will have many awards to show off. Those without spectacular GPA (and this is stereotyping/generalizing, but can't be completely wrong) probably won't even have that many awards to show off. Point of the portfolio = 👎

However, I guess it is the EC where it is supposed to make you shine. Hoping that dental assisting in an foreign country will help me now 😀

So this is something that is just automated from the information we input, correct? No extra work on our part to have it filled out?

Incorrect.

On the EC/Volunteer page, on the right of each activity is a little button that says "Add to PDF Cover Sheet"

3 per category.
