You mean you want to apply in the current cycle, for the entering class of 2013? If that's the case, as I'm sure you know it is pretty late in the game.
If you mean you want to apply for the next cycle (2013-14), assuming the primary application procedure is retained, the earliest day you can apply is June 5th. For a much more detailed explanation check out the AMCAS website: https://www.aamc.org/students/applying/amcas/

Well, if you mean applying this cycle, good luck. You now have to visit every school website and view when they stop accepting applications. Many have already had their deadlines come and go.
Plus, AMCAS is still a month behind processing applications. If you submit now, you won't be processed until mid to late December.

I am talking about next cycle for starting in fall of 2014. In my gap year, I will be volunteering and working. When I submit my application in June-July, should I put in that I will have worked that gap year, or should I wait till I work to put in this info? Should I update my volunteer BEFORE volunteering that gap year as well?
