experiences after submitted for verification

Hello! With regards to adding more experiences to our application, how are schools notified about them? I know AADSAS will formally notify schools about any academic updates, but is this the same case for new experiences (e.g. getting a new job at a dental office, attending a conference, etc.)...

Can you add experiences and edit your personal essay after you've submitted your app? Are letters of eval the only thing you can add after verification? All of my transcripts are in so I want to start the verification process but I haven't completed my experiences section or finalized my essay...
