Fairly new to locums work and discovering that many locums and recruitment agencies utilize questionable tactics including, not only low balling the anesthesiologist, but presenting the MD to hospitals with the intention of “owning” the Dr. by taking the Dr. off the market from other locums...

I'm looking at this stuff very far in advance, but having a family is so important to me, so I'd like to have some sort of idea where the female-friendly programs are. If there is a list somewhere, can you please link it? If not, any ideas yourself?

Just for fun, nobody get mad! I'm wondering which hospitals you've been to or experienced with the hottest doctors/residents or anyone who works there, and maybe what specialty they were too.

I couldn't find this anywhere..but could someone please list TouroCOM-Harlem's affiliated hospitals? Thanks!
