    Previous posting about "mid-levels" - needs to be said

    I'm posting this only because the thread was closed before I could respond. I am frankly appalled at the lack of respect shown on this website for health care professionals that are not physicians. Do you truly think you will be successful as a doctor if you don't treat everyone you work with...
