Trochlear nerve
This is probably a stupid question so I apologize ahead of time. CN IV is the only motor cranial nerve to innervate a target on the side of the body contralateral to its nucleus. So is the it called left or right based on it's nucleus or based on the eye it innervates?- forEBM
