robbins

a robbins question shows a hashimoto thyroiditis patient with the symptoms of menorrhagia intially and then amenorrhea. But, with hyperthyoidism to hypothyroidism, isn't the symptom amenorrhea at first and then menorrhagia? any ideas? thanx
