usc tx

Hello, I really need help deciding between USC and UT Houston. I am TX resident. I am not sure but I think going to USC is around 3 times more expensive than Texas school. Does it matter that USC have better reputation? Is it worth the money? What are your thoughts on PBL learning style, job...
