1 Degree VS 2 degrees

How much would another degree help in the admission process? I am currently considering double majoring (Biochem and Poli Sci or Econ) and I was wondering how two degrees look in CA schools, specifically USC.

I have thought about the pros and cons of a single VS a double. But if the second degree will not be of much help, I'm not sure if it would be worth getting.


Any opinions?

i think having high prereq gpa and overall gpa is more important, as well as EC, work expirience. those things are really emphasized the most on most schools' websites.

everything else is good if u can find the time.

Its def a plus since i'd assume you have more of a load - plus makes u more rounded if you're into poli sci / econ... giving you more of a background in it vs. others - anything to make u stand out from others is a plus. But gpa is definitely more important.
