Okay so I'm looking to apply to dental school this cycle and I'm currently freaking out a little because I can't seem to get my last science LOR. I have all the other pre-reqs and it would absolutely suck if I couldn't apply because of one letter. Currently, I have 1 science letter, 1 humanities letter, and one letter form a dentist. I really need one more science letter that I was hoping to get from my organic chem professor because I got a B first semester and then improved to an A average by this point in the semester ( there's only one more test left to take in his class). However, I emailed him about it on sunday (5 days ago) and still haven't heard anything. I'm not sure if that means no since all of my other recommenders responded within 1-2 days. Anyways, any advice on how to get this last LOR?
Other science professors would just be a, hey I got an A in your class, can you write an lor? since I didn't really got to their office hours or ask questions in their classes, I just asked the TAs for help because the professors felt inaccessible to me. But if it comes down to my orgo prof not writing for me should I go with that option?
