10 interviews: 3 acceptances, 1 waitlist, 6 no responses!?

...do I call the admissions offices and ask for an update? Is it weird if I send in a letter of intent to my top school that i interviewed at already? Am I on the waitlist for them or what?! WHAT DOES THIS MEAN, the december 1st hype is a lie

Calm down Cujo. Wait until you get a letter in the mail from those guys because you've most likely been wait listed or something. After you have all of the info you need, then call/email your top choice with a nice "I love your school so much I would have babies with it, please accept me" message. In the meantime, lock down your seat by putting down the deposit for your favorite of the 3 schools you've already been admitted to by the deadline.

Try not to overreact. You are gonna be a dentist, no matter where you go! Some people just want to get in one school so they can continue work their way to become a dentist... Relax, sleep well, celebrate and dont need to wait for other acceptances to come, because when it rains it pours...

You could start a petition drive demanding that ALL the schools on your list give you an acceptance, or you could have a chat with the supreme authority in granting wishes: Santa.
