Was in a debate with a good girlfriend of mine today.
If a cardiologist does a cardiac cath and sees a 100% block of a LAD. What does the cardiologist do during the PCI? Can it be revascularized?
Is there a good rule of thumb for what % blocks can be treated. Also on the other end of the spectrum. What is the lowest % that could still be stented?
Thank you for your help.
