I feel like I would need to pull almost all As from here on out, and judging the competition that seems like an extremely daunting feat that, even if I'm up for the challenge, it won't be enough. This school is packed with the high school academic superstars who still put in hours of work and I'm uncertain if I can go all the way at this point :/

This has been the case since you embarked on the pre-med route. B's and C's indicate a career change.

Straight A's should always be your goal, but it doesn't mean you're going to always achieve it. In fact most people don't. Always set yourself high and don't be overly disappointed when you don't get what you want.
 
Did you consider transferring to another institution if the competition is as intense as you say it is and might result in a low GPA?
