Are you seriously asking this question? If you don't match then you...don't match. You are free to improve your application for next year's match, apply next year to some less competitive programs, or just give up entirely and do something else with your life. See also the numerous threads on "what can I do with just an MD?"
 
you guys are horrible. If medicine is what you want to do then try and improve your application and try again next year. I know someone that took 2 years to get matched, but he had a whole lot of problems. Don't give up
