When is the best time to submit letters of interest? Soon after waitlist letter arrives...or later in the cycle?

Along with the LOI, insert $8000 cash and a list of the director's childrens school schedule and photos.

Since I'm not a director I have no idea but it sounds like LOI help. How helpful it is probably depends on the director and the "prestige" of the program. Try not to be annoying though.
