Have you taken the PSAT? How did you do?
Successful applicants for a BS/MD program typically have 750+ each for Math and Critical Reading (75 for PSAT)...obviously you have some room to grow as a sophomore, but if you say that your scores are 52 and 53 then BS/MD is not for you. If it is 69 and 71 then you may have a chance by the time you take the SAT.
I would also add volunteering in a medical setting that has actual patients...go to your local hospital and sign up as a volunteer once a week.

The Neuroscience club is good...but are you doing anything else? Do you have any community volunteering?

You sound like a good applicant although, I would think carefully before you decide to apply. Talk to other doctors and ask what they think about BS/MD programs.
When I was in high school I considered the same path but a few doctors told me that many of the doctors coming from accelerated BS/MD programs (in their experiences) were a little socially stunted. The BS/MD programs I was looking at were all 6 years.
If you're looking at 8 year programs, think about how much of a benefit it would actually be. Guaranteed admission to a medical school usually has a GPA/MCAT requirement. Also, you would be locked in to a certain undergrad/med school. Also, if you find something else you love in college, it wouldn't be a fun time to bail out of a program.
At 16 years old, sometimes you just need to take a deep breath and a step back. Just my thoughts.
