As long as you explain the situation in the given spaces (many secondaries have space to explain unusual academic situations), I doubt it would be a big deal. 6 Ws in your situation is not the same as 6 Ws representing consistent lack of responsibility or following through on courses.

It was music school. It was not a good fit for you. No one will fault you for bailing and starting fresh elsewhere. However, be sure that you have crossed the t's and dotted the i's to be sure medicine is a good choice for you. Schools will want to be sure that you are sure this time around.
