Nor am I. I know diversity isnt exclusive to race but I'm just not sure what exactly makes a good essay for this topic

I was in the same boat. If it helps, I recently decided to write mine on how I was recruited by d1 coaches and mlb scouts but decided not to play baseball past high school. I talked about how family/friends pressured me to play baseball insted of pursue medicine and how I realized how important it is to express support for peers/family because of how not recieving support made me feel.
