Most schools don't consider your application complete unless they receive all the letters you planned to send (just finished applying to a few). Do the ones you're applying to already know that you're waiting on another letter?

Someone feel free to verify if this is correct or not.
 
I'd probably wait till about the "normal" time of submission, i.e. mid August and try to contact AMCAS in the meantime/ write secondaries and get those ready. But feel free to do either. And sorry you're in this situation, it's unfortunate.

Also @gonnif , just wanted to say that you have been a great resource on here, both for myself and others 🙂
