They're all the same, they're all scams that love to make money of rich premeds who'll do and pay anything to 'improve their chances'
You do not need an interview course-unless you want to get told the exact same things they tell every person they see in the area....likely interviewing at similar schools...so you can all sound the same! yay!
Seriously, be a decent human and you're fine.
 
Just talk to your roommates or something and have them drill you on common questions. If not, go to academic advising to see if your campus has any resources to prep interview (general purpose).
