You don't have to update them with grades if you didn't do as well as you'd want...just send them updates to your activities.
 
I really don't think they would care. My Spanish Conversation class was certainly not evaluated on our ability to hold a conversation.
 
How many interviews did you have?

If you displayed such poor logic skills as you have done here ("I have trouble conversing in a second language, therefore I'm poor at conversation in my native tongue...") then that's a consideration to take add.

OP stated that they he/she's interview skills aren't the best.
 
She's distressed cause despite having the numbers and many interviews she has not heard back yet. My advice is to not overthink things and just wait until match day.

Many universities have mock interviews that you can do in order to prepare yourself for the real thing. I recommend seeking those services.
