Thank you! My school's pre-med advisor cautioned against applying to schools like Drexel/GW because of how many applications they get -- do you think I still have a chance at an interview?

I think you have a good chance! Your GPA is right around the median of both schools and your MCAT is above average for both. On top of that you have great EC's. Good luck on this year's cycle!
