Transcripts will not indicate campus, BUT AMCAS asks you to specify it.
 
Don't give it a second thought! I went to a state-supported university branch campus for all 4 years and I've had a great response from schools so far. PM if you want to talk further.
 
As long as your degree is from an accredited 4 year college or university you can get in (provided you have the stats and ECs)
 
Why do you think an economics professor would have any idea what it takes to get into medical school? He's sending students off to finance and law, not medicine (for the most part).
