I'm not a step 1 expert, but I would recommend to at least buy a couple of NBME self-assessments, which are the most accurate predictors of your score.
If you feel that you need more improvement, maybe get the 2016 or 2017 First Aid for the USMLE Step 1.
 
Do at least 2 nbmes before you go for the exam, And just go through FA and Uworld. It should be enough to make you get at least 210s since it seems that your background is strong enough.
