I'm sorry lowly, sounds like you are really in a tough spot and I know that it's incredibly difficult right now. And I don't think this sounds immature or stupid; sounds like you are just unhappy where you are, and there's nothing wrong with that.
How is your social life and work balance right now? Are you able to find the time for those hobbies? Can you hang out with people outside of studying? Lastly, if you could flip a switch to jump to whatever specialty seems the least objectionable right now, would you do it?
