Miami!! I would say that the family support and comfort of being home will help you succeed in the long run. Less debt doesn't hurt either. I also don't think learning Spanish has to take away time from step studying. It's something you can do slowly over time and just being in Miami (with a willingness to learn and some effort) might be enough.

Miami for every reason goldfish mentioned. Never underestimate having a supportive environment nearby to rely upon during one of the most stressful times of your life...
